It's been a little while but there are some new things in the illustration section. Both a Print job for 'The Knowledge' through Studio AKA and a new 'Pitch Graveyard'section which I will be adding to if, or indeed when, my pitches for commercials are rejected.

A-Ha! BBC Radio Norfolk

It's probably customary to put this type of thing up before it happens but 2 weeks ago I was on BBC Radio Norfolk. Me and Bali Engel were interviewed by the amazing Stephen Bumfrey from Great Yarmouth. I was meant to promote my film in the BAA public choice awards but also got to promote my favourite place in Gt Yarmouth, the wax works, get yourselves over there!

I'm heading down to Kingston University on Thursday (18th feb) from 1.30 - 5pm for a talk about what to do after University. It's in conjunction with the blog 'It's Nice That', I wonder if they'll have 'nice' biscuits...?

Gran Premio

Rabbit Punch won the Grand Prize at Curtocircuíto a festival for both live action and animation in Santiago de Compostella! I had an incredible and unexpected weekend in Spain to pick up my prize. Luckily I avoided being in the photo below, dancing on stage with the other prize winners and the burlesque act...

I recently said a fond farewell to Picasso Pictures to look for 'new challenges' before heading off to Rio De Janeiro for Anima Mundi where my film was screened. I'm back in the UK now and thrilled to be represented by Studio AKA! See here... www.studioaka.co.uk

Next week Im off to Stuttgart for the Internationales Trickfilmfestival where Rabbit Punch is due to screen. Also the film has been nominated for a Royal Television Society award amazingly.

Rubbit Punch is being screened at the 6th IndieLisboa – International Independent Film Festival , 23 April - 03 May and the 16th Stuttgart Festival of Animated Film, 05 - 10 May 2009! Hopefully I can get to both of them.
